How do I fix it?

Resolve this issue by completing the steps that appear below:

  1. Check if Both Menus and Video are Distorted
    If both menus and video are distorted, troubleshoot Both menus and video are distorted instead.
    If only video is distorted, continue on to the next step
  2. Close and Relaunch the App
    Force close the app using these steps and then relaunch the app.
    If you are still having problems afterwards, continue on to the next step.
  3. Ensure the Software on Your AirTV Player is Up-to-Date
    Follow these steps to check for and install software updates.
    If you are still having problems and the software is up-to-date, continue on to the next step.
  4. Reset Your AirTV Player
    Unplug your AirTV Player from the electrical outlet for 10 seconds and then plug it back in.
    The reset process may take up to 5 minutes to complete.
