What is Happening?
Video is distorted when watching OTA antenna channels.
Why is it Happening?
This problem is typically caused by internet strength, wiring or antenna signal issues.
How do I Fix It?
Resolve this issue by completing the steps that appear below:

Check if Only OTA Channels are Affected
If your Sling or other 3rd party content is also Distorted check the following:
Check your internet connection to insure proper speed.
Check the device OTA channels are viewed on
Mobile: Close and Restart the app.
Streaming device: Insure device is properly connected to Network as well as securely connected to the TV.
If the problem is only with OTA Channels continue on to the next step. -
Ensure the AirTV is Powered on and the OTA Antenna is Connected
Make sure the AirTV is plugged securely into a working outlet and the OTA Antenna is plugged into the back of the AirTV.
If you are still having problems and the adapter is securely plugged in, continue on to the next step. -
Re-Position Your OTA Antenna and Rescan for Local Channels
Move your OTA antenna to try to increase signal strength. Antenna placement tips can be found here.
When the antenna is set and securely plugged in to the AirTV, rescan for local channels.
If you are still having problems afterwards, continue on to the next step. -
Reset Your AirTV
Unplug your AirTV from the electrical outlet for 10 seconds and then plug it back in.
