How do I Fix It?
Resolve this issue by completing the steps that appear below:

Try Connecting Another Device
Try connecting another device to your internet via WiFi.
If another device is unable to connect, contact your internet service provider to troubleshoot your internet.
If another device is able to connect, continue on to the next step. -
Ensure you have the correct WiFi password
Make password used to connect AirTV to the network is correct and works for other devices.
If you are still having problems and the wiring is correct and secure, continue on to the next step -
Reset Your AirTV
Unplug your AirTV from the electrical outlet for 10 seconds and then plug it back in.
The reset process may take up to 5 minutes to complete.
If you are still having problems afterwards, continue on to the next step. -
Attempt to connect AirTV via an Ethernet Cable.
If possible, connect the AirTV to your router via an ethernet cable. Make sure during set-up the option to connect via an ethernet is selected instead of WiFi.
