How do I Fix It?
Resolve this issue by completing the steps that appear below:

Ensure Your Volume is Turned Up Enough
Try muting/unmuting or changing the volume on the device used for watching. If watching on a TV, insure the TV volume is on and tuned to the correct input. If you are still having problems afterwards, continue on to the next step. -
Check if the issue is only with OTA channels
Try playing content from another source. If the audio is only an issue on OTA proceed to the next step. If it remains an issue on the device while watching other content, follow these steps:
Mobile: Force close the apps and try again. If the issue still persists, restart the device.
Streaming Device: Check the wiring of the streaming device to the TV and insure all connections are secure and correct. Force close the app and relaunch for next attempt. -
Close and Relaunch the App
Force close the app on the device used for watching AirTV and then relaunch the app.
If you are still having problems afterwards, continue on to the next step. -
Reset Your AirTV
Unplug your AirTV from the electrical outlet for 10 seconds and then plug it back in.
The reset process may take up to 5 minutes to complete.
